Frequently asked questions
How does PacTerm link MSAs, SOWs and amendments?
PacTerm reads how each document refers to other agreements, groups them into contract families and gives every link a confidence level. Uncertain links are flagged for review.
What if a link is wrong?
You can edit links manually, merge supplier name variants, and re-run. Documents whose parent can’t be found are flagged as missing-parent.
What is the Term Matrix?
A grid of suppliers and their master agreements against key commercial terms (payment terms, price escalator, volume commitment, rebate, discount, termination, renewal and invoice frequency), exportable to Excel or JSON.
Which plan includes Contract Lineage?
Professional and Enterprise. Enterprise adds Project Mode for combining multiple datasets into one lineage run.
